Description

The amendment is addressing solicitation W911QX-04-T-0065 C. 2.4 to read as : C.2.4 The contractor shall supply a System software to be current at the time of equipment acceptance with upgrades provided to the Government at no cost for a period of 1 year; C.4.0 Maintenance and Service: The contractor shall provide technical support via telephone during the hours of 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST at no additional cost to the Government for a period of 1 year. The Contractor shall provide technical support via telephone at no additional cost to the Government for a period of 1 year. The Contractor shall provide response to service calls with required repair parts upon telephonic notification from the Government Point of Contact for a period of 1 year. The r evised closing date of solicitation W911QX-04-T-0065 is May 14, 2004, 12:00 AM.
