Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Coalition provisional Authority (CPA) Program Management office (PMO), Baghdad, Iraq has a requirement for an MTS Satellite Tracking System. This includes a panic button capability, 2-way communications, a Common Operating Picture server and factory trained installers/training. This action is unrestricted and provides for full and open competition. This is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a base year and four year options, under FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items is contemplated. The proposed solicitation number is W914NS-04-R-0121. The Solicitation will be posted no later than 7 April 04.
