- Description
- This requirement is a firm fix price for NSN 1560-01-062-5081, Lockheed Martin P/N 362501-7, purchase request number YPG04069000312, for a quantity of 20 each. Terms and conditions are FOB origin, inspection/acceptance origin, delivery 270 days ARO. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this NSN. DO NOT call DSCR-VABA for drawing information. If you are not currently in the item description, you must provide a complete technical data package for review and approval. Final contract decision will be based on price, past performance, and other factors as so stated in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is 26 May 2004. It is antitipated that award will be made via a delivery order against a Basic Ordering Agreement. Notes 9, 22 and 26 apply.
