Description: This requirement is for (6) six Ground Resistance Ohmmeter and (6) six Megohmmeter. This acquisition is sole source to PPM, Inc., 23500 Mercentile Road, Cleveland, Ohio 44122. These items are in the Army's inventory with Army Stock Numbers and is u sed in the field at the present time. It is necessary for supportability and maintainability to procure like items from the same manufacturer.
