Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91CRB-04-T-0147. This is a total Small Business set-aside associated with NAICS code 335129 (500 employees). This requirement is a brand na me or equal and shall be awarded on an all or none basis. If providing equal, provide sufficient description/descriptive literature of the physical, functional, or performance characteristics of the item for comparison purposes. CLIN 0001 Surefire 6 Volt Tac Lights, Dual Switch, Item #M951XM07, Quantity:1000. Requisition Number W81E0H0REF0104. Acceptance shall be at Destination. Shipping shall be FOB Destination. Delivery shall be to the U.S. Army Rapid Equipping Force, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060 within 3 0 days of contract award. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items applies to this acquisition; fill-ins in Paragraph (a) are Price and Past Perf ormance and less important than price. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, must be provided with offers.
