Description

The National Ocean Service (NOS) has a requirement for software engineering contractual support for the Continuous Operational Real-Time Monitoring System called CORMS. The contractor shall develop, test, implement and document an enhanced CORMS, based upon new requirements already established by the government, using a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software package called ARTEnterprise from MindBox. CORMS is a rule-based and case-based reasoning engine previously developed using ARTEnterprise. Period of performance is 1 year with four option years. The NAICS Code is 541519 and the size standard is $21.0 million. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit an offer to the RFP which shall be considered by the agency. Copies of the solicitation will only be posted on FEDBIZOPPS. Telephone requests will not be honored.
