Description

The item to procure is a Carriage & Cradle, (NSN: 1010-01-160-6115) (Part Number 5830052) End Item is MK 64. Consists of Nameplate, P/N 5830122; Pin, Mounting, Fwd, P/N 5830053; Bolt, Trunnion, P/N 5830054; Carriage, P/N 5830056; Cradle and Busing Assy, P/N 5830134; Pin, Lock, P/N 5830086; Chain, P/N 5830087 and P/N 5830087-5, Pin, Retainer,P/N 5830101-1 and P/N 5830101-2; Lock Assy, Pintle, P/N 5830116. Heavy Phosphate MIL-DTL-16232 (Finish Series 5.3 of MIL-STD-171), Forgings/Castings, Specialt y metal, Hazardous waste in production (Environmental Laws Apply). ISO 9001;2000, 13 Dec 2000, tailored by excluding paragraph 7.3. First Article Testing required. Requirements are 1,450 each Carriage & Cradle for use on the MK 64. The solicitation num ber for this acquisition is W52H09-04-R-0252. Estimated issue date is 15 Jun 2004. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c) therefore hardcopies will not be provided.
