Description

Scope of Work: Contractor shall provide all tools, such as; Impact tool with Panduit Gig, 110 and 66 blades, electricians scissors, screwdrivers, cable strippers, etc.. Contractor will also provide technician qualified and to intall, terminate, and test category 5e/6 cabling. Must be knowlegable of BCSI and EIA/TIA Standards. VA will provide cable distribution closets, cable pathways, Cat 5e/6 cable, modules, faceplates, blanks, ladders, and test equipment. All work will be coordinated with COTR to ensure patient care areas & infection control, patient care and treatment are not disrupted. Work will be conducted 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, excluding weekend and Federal Holidays. Project is estimated to run for 12 consecutive months. Proposals should be on a per hour rate and received not later than June 4, 2004, @ 11:00am, CST. NOTE: SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS.
