Description: This is further clarification for the latest generation prototype 3-ton capacity, rotary hermetic, carbon dioxide air conditioning compressor. A series of eleven (11) test shall be conducted. Testing shall be performed in accordance with ASHRAE 23 test standards. All work is to be performed on-site at the contractors facility. Progress payments are associated with the two milestones. One-half of contract amounts are payable upon completion of the test setup, and the other half upon completion of system tests and delivery of the Final Report. A monthly status report shall be furnished to the government. The effort shall culminate in a final report that shall be delivered within four months after start of this purchase order. The test report shall discuss test set-ups, procedures, and results. The total duration of the work shall be four (4) months from date of award
