Description

This project consists of the removal of existing septic tank and construction of a new system. The new system includes: a new septic tank, pump station, drain field, and installation and upgrade of a government furnished control panel. Also included with this project are the utility service connections for the visitor center’s entrance station including a window air-conditioning unit, electrical upgrades, and construction of a water hydrant outside of the station. The project is located south of Bend, Oregon at the Lava Lands Visitor Center, 58201 South Hwy 97. Project is located in Deschutes County, Oregon on the Deschutes National Forest. It is anticipated that work will start June 1, 2004 and be completed within 180 calendar days from that date. Estimated price range is between $25,000 - $100,000. This procurement is set aside for small business. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (22-MAR-2004).
