Description

Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 from The Altman Corporation doing business as Altman Parking, 3288 M Street, N.W. Rear, Washington, DC 20007-3624 for the lease of twenty (20) buffer zone parking spaces, forty (40) carpool spaces (or sixty [60] spaces monthly) for six (6) months, and twenty (20) reserved carpool spaces for one (1) month. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and is for information purposes ONLY. No Solicitation is available. See numbered note 22 - please insert 15 days in lieu of 45 days.***
