Description
R-No.:THE SOLICIATION IS CANCELLED. IQC04082009015, NSN 1420-01-354-9685, Cover, Protective, Guided Missile Components. The only approved sources are Weckworth Mfg., Inc. (9J595) I/A/W (18876) DWG 11450230-2 and (22377) Total Identity Systems; P/N MM809010-2. Adequate Technical Data is Not Available to fully describe this item. See Notes 22 and 26. Quantity to-be-determined delivered at the rate of 350-each in 60 days ADO, and any balance delivered at the rate of 350-each every 30-days thereafter. Various quantity increments solicited: 100 to 199, 200-299, 300-399, 400-499, 500-599, and 600-699. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. 100% Small Business Set-Aside applies and FOB destination. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dsccols.com/rfp on its issue date of 4/19/04. Adequate specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The proposed procurement is a solicitation for an Indefinite Quantity Contract, consisting of one (1) 12-month base year, and four (4) 12-months option period. The total duration shall not exceed 60-months. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
