- Number notes 1 and 26 apply. Solicitation will be issued utilizing Best Value Source Selection procedures. A total small business set-aside negotiated Indefinite Delivery type procurement with two term options also applies. Sizes will be procured FOB destination to W25G1U (New Cumberland, PA). The quantity is 283,800 min and 400,000 max with two term options (150,000 Minimum/400,000Maximum) for the Neck Gaiter PGC: 21190 (8440-01-387-8509). Applicable Commercial Item Description is A-A-55247A dated March 3, 1994. Production lead time is 150 days after date of award with 12 deliveries. Technical requirements of the solicitation consist of: PDM, Experience/Past Performance and DLA Mentoring Agreements Programs. Prior award history is as follows: Contractor: Unicor Federal Prison Industries; Award date: November 20, 2002; Quantity: 143,040 Minimum/200,000 Maximum. The total dollar value for the prior procurement was $1,750,000.00 FOB Destination. The dollar value includes the two options of 143,040 Minimum/200,000 Maximum.
