Description

It is the government?s intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Thermo Electron Corporation, 5225 Verona Road, Madison, WI 53711 for Renewal of Proactive Support Plan Service Contract for the following: (1) Voyager GC/MS, Serial # 13732V for 12 months (9/1/04-8/31/05) with one (1) preventive maintenance visit, consumables, software updates and on-line support. (2) Deca XP+, Serial # LDP00278 for 12 months (9/1/04-8/31/05) with one (1) preventive maintenance visit, consumables, software updates and on ?line support. (3) TSQ 70 GC/MS/MS Serial # 13971 and TSQ 7000 LC/MS/MS Serial # TSQ0936 for 12 months (9/1/04-8/31/05) with two (2) preventive maintenance visits per instrument, consumables, software updates and on-line support. (4) TSQ Quantum Ultra Serial # TQU00446 for 10 months (11/1/04-8/31/05) with two (2) preventive maintenance visits, consumables, software updates and on-line support. RFQ is not available. See numbered Note 22.
