Description

The Air Armament Center, Long Range Attack Program Office and/or Area Attack Program Office intends to solicit and award a 5 year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) sole source contract and/or separate contract(s) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control/ Integrated Systems, Orlando, Florida for: 1) Life cycle support of the Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) weapon system. This lifecycle support includes all efforts related to JASSM and JASSM variants in the areas of system upgrade, integration, production, sustainment, management & logistical support for US & Foreign Military Sales (FMS) efforts including but not limited to: US production lots 6-14, FMS production lots, integration efforts with other systems, mission planning, system upgrade programs such as data link incorporation, alternate payloads, and alternate propulsion subsystems, system training support, weapon familiarization, testing efforts, non-warranty repair, and spare components. Lockheed Martin is the only known company that has the detailed knowledge necessary to provide the required JASSM-specific support. No Government-owned technical data package exists to provide other companies. This lifecycle support includes all efforts related to WCMD and WCMD variants in the areas of system upgrade, integration, production, sustainment, management & logistical support for US & Foreign Military Sales (FMS) efforts including but not limited to: US production lots 6-12, FMS production lots, integration efforts with other systems, mission planning, system upgrade programs such as data link incorporation, alternate payloads, and alternate propulsion subsystems, system training support, weapon familiarization, testing efforts, non-warranty repair, and spare components. Lockheed Martin is the only known company that has the detailed knowledge necessary to provide the required WCMD-specific support. No Government-owned technical data package exists to provide other companies. In accorance with FAR 5.203(a), interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement within the response date specified above in order to be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
