Description

This announcement serves as a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The government intends to negotiate and award to CSUS, Center for Collaborative Policy the services of an Environmental Justice Coordinator, responsible for implementation and coordination of environmental justice activities. The EJ Coordinator shall support collaborative policy development, shall work cooperatively to develop and implement goals and strategies to address environmental justice issues. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less that $100,000. This notice will be the only official notice prior to award of the purchase order. The anticipated award date is June 01, 2004. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing to the Contracting Officer, Attn: MP-3821, 2800 Cottage Way, Room E-1815, Sacramento CA 95825. Inquiries shall be received by May 28, 2004. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (18-MAY-2004); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
