THIS IS A SOLICITATION FOR commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. Quotes are due by 2:00pm EST, May 28,2004. Quotes may be submitted via fax to 202-692-0235 or email to rodney. harrison@usda.gov. The USDA, Rural Development, Operations and Mangement (OM) is conducting a training conference to be held August 16 through August 20, 2004 in Washington D.C..
