Description

Provide labor and materials to remove and dispose of existing composition shingles, underlaying cedar shingles, and gutters on shop building and residence at the USDA/NRCS Plant Materials Center in Pullman Washington. Work shall include the installation of plywood decking, underlayment, gutters, and minimum 240# 3-tab sealdown mineral surfaced asphalt fiberglass shingles. The building shop is estimated at 23 squares, with 1:1 Pitch on south face, and 6:12 on the north face. The residence is estiamted at 20 squares with a 1:1 Pitch. The project is estimated to be between $25K and $100K. The solicitation shall be available on or about June 2, 2004, as a commercial item construction with the possibility of a reduced bidding period of two weeks.
