Description
Sources Sought Notice W74V87-04-0518JDH (Market Research): Service Code: R419 The Defense Contracting Command Washington (DCCW) is interested in finding sources to provide educational support services to assist Government professionals in the delivery of adult education services at sites throughout the world. Support services will be provided at approximately 48 CONUS Army installations within the contiguous U.S.A. as well as installations in 2 sites in Alaska, 3 sites in Hawaii, 15 sites in Korea, one site in Puerto Rico, one site in Honduras, and 2 sites in Japan. In addition, th ere are approximately 16 Army Reserve Sites and about 3 Army National Guard Sites. The tasks outlined in the SOW may be performed at each of the sites or at selected sites over the life of the contract. The anticipated period of performance includes one base period and four, three year option periods covering 12 months each. Potential Offerors are requested to provide all personnel to accomplish the tasks required by the Statement of Work (SOW), including supervisory, administrative, instructional, or other direct labor and/or indirect labor categories. Personnel may include Project Managers, Site Coordinators, clerical, administrative, counseling support, facilities administrator, automation support, test examiner, test proctor, instructors, MLF support, educational programming services personnel. Although, the SOW is curren tly in the development stage, specific tasks have been identified for your review. You are requested to provide: (1) comments, ideas, questions; (2) capability statements, (3) hourly rates, (4) suggested labor categories, (5) recommended level of experience for each proposed labor category, (6) industry practices, (7) unique terms and c onditions, (8) type of contract anticipated to support your approach (i.e. fixed price, time & materials) etc. You are also requested to provide a brief statement describing your experience providing the same or similar services. Small Business participa tion is strongly encouraged. All firms must identify their Cage Code, address, telephone numbers, and email address. Small Business should identify their size and Type (i.e. Woman owned, SDB, Veteran-owned, etc). All information should be submitted by 03 June 04.
