Description
A fixed quantity, firm-fixed price contract is contemplated for NSN: 2915-01-384-9460NZ, Pratt & Whitney P/N 4080672-01, NOUN: Spray Ring Assembly, QTY: Minimum 10 ea, Medium 20 each, Maximum 30 each, Required Delivery: 04 each May 2004, 17 each Jun 2004 and 17 each Jul 2004, 17 each Aug 2004 and 20 each Sep 2004. Destination: Ship to FB2039, Size and Dimensions: Outer Tube is Approx 30 inch diameter and inner tube is approx 27 inch diameter. Assembly overall height is approx 5 inches and overall length is approx 36 inches, Predominant Material: Nickel Alloy, Form, Fit and Function: Spray rings distribute and atomize fuel flow into core engine and fan exhaust streams providing optimum fuel/air distribution and combustion during augmentation. Qualification requirements are available for this Part Number upon request. Anticipated Award date is on or before 02 Mar 2004. Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection Procedures will be used in awarding this contract. An Ombudsman has been appointed to address concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but communicates contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman shall maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
