Description

NOTE: THIS SOLICITATION IS INTENDED ONLY FOR LOCAL SOURCES IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION 5.202(a)(12). LOCAL SOURCES ARE THOSE SOURCES NORMALLY RESIDENT, LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO CONDUCT CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS IN JAPAN. OFFERS FROM NON-LOCAL SOURCES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED UNDER THIS SOLICITATION. This project requirement includes following: Construct one (1) LMR concrete pole, steel casing concrete piles, cable trays, service ladder and three (3) each safety equipment at each location of Camp Zama (CZ), Sagamihara Family Housing Area (SFHA) and Yokohama North Dock (YND). Construct one (1) LMR steel tower, reinforced concrete foundation, antenna supporting equipment, service ladder, cable trays and three (3) each safety equipment at Sagami General Depot (SGD). Site orientation is scheduled as follows: 27 May 04, 1000 hrs for SGD, SFHA and CZ, 28 May 04, 1300 hrs for YND. Participants will meet at Main Gate, Sagami General Depot, Kanagawa-ken, Japan, and Main Gate, Yokohama North Dock, Kanagawa-ken, Japan on the respective date/time scheduled. All offerors are encouraged to participate in this scheduled tours (Advance notice to POC is needed. See the POC info below).
