Follow the directions. If difficulty exist in accessing the link, use the following link: http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/ On left hand side, click on SERVICES, then on right hand side, under SERVICES FOR BUSINESS PARTNERS, click on RFPS. Follow directions from there. All quotes s hall be submitted using the 'Amendment 1' solicitation. Questions received from interested parties will be posted on a later date.
