- Description
- Defense Supply Center Richmond intends to negotiate with responsible concerns for the establishment of an Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract, with base period of one year and four, one-year options for NSN 3655-01-463-8067; Generating and Charging Station, Air/Nitrogen, Model MANCS-1A, Trailer Mounted, including backpack with harness, cylinder and valve, operation and maintenance and start-up manuals and supply kit, CVB Company, Cage 0L844, part number 702000-A. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Required delivery schedule is 1 day for high priority orders; 3 days for lesser priority; all FOB origin to CONUS locations. Base Year estimated quantity is 16 each with guaranteed minimum quantity of one each; maximum base year quantity of 20 each; minimum order qty of one each and max order qty of 16. Each option has an estimated annual qty of 8 each with guaranteed min qty of one each; max qty per year of 16; min order qty of one each and max order qty of 8 each. Solicitation issued on unrestricted basis and other than full and open due to one source- see note 22- intended source is CVB Company (10 USC 2304(c)(1). This solicitation is issued using FAR part 12 procedures- Commercial Acquisition. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation.
