Employees should possess a proven track record of being courteous and professional. Employees should also have good communication skills, both verbal and written and must possess basic computer skills and computational ability. This capability statement must also state business size, annual receipts (average gross revenue) for the last three (3) fiscal years, and whether or not the firm has been approved as a 8(a) or small business by the SBA under the applicable NAICS Code 561210, respectively.
