- Description
- This acquisition is for the establishment of a firm fixed price requirements type contract for depot level repair of the AN/AVQ-19/19A Laser Target Designator Ranger (LTDR) System , applicable to the AC-130H Aircraft. The basic quantity per Line Item is 1 each. There will be one (1) annual option. Sole Source to: Raytheon Company, 2000 East EL Segundo BLVD, EL Segundo CA 90245-0902 CAGE: 4U884, Authority 10 USC 2304 (C) (1), Only One or a Limited number of Responsible Sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or the contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentially as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals in the source selection process.
