Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. For written solicitation call 541-885-6495 or email jerry.fuls@ orklam.ang.af.mil. Any award resulting from this solicitation will based on low bid. The government intends to award without discussions. Contractor must be registered on the Central Contractor Registration, http://www.ccr.gov/ prior to award of contract. This procurement is set aside for emerging small business. All bidders must complete representations and Certifications. Location: 173 Fighter Wing, 221 Wagner Street, Kingsley Field, Klamath Falls, OR Project title: Repair Roof Bldg 209 Project number: KJAQ042904 Solicitation Number: W912JV-04-T-7003. This project is located at the 173 Fighter Wing, Kingsley Field, Bldg 209, Klamath Falls, OR 97603. This project is the repair of the high bay roof, approx. 40?????? above ground level. It will be an overlay of the existing single ply roof membrane. Provi de complete roofing system that remains watertight; does not permit the passage of water; and resist specified uplift pressures. The Contractor shall be a certified approved and authorized roofing installer. Approved roofing systems are ?????? Carlisle Su re-Weld, Firestone UltraPly, Stevens EP TPO, GenFlex TPO. The Dollar range for this project is less than $25,000.
