Description: See Numbered Note #1, Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Portable Hand-Held Tube-Type x-ray analyzer shall be capable of performing qualitative and quantitative elemental analysis to identify the chemical composition of material for Positive Materi al Identification (PMI).
