Description

Furnish labor, equpment, supplies and materials to construct four livestock pipelines on BLM property. Work shall be based on the construction techniques and bid schedule selected. Contract Shall be awarded on the bid price total based on the type bid schedule selected and past performance ratings and recommendations. Contractors shall select and bid only one schedule. Schedule shall be: Schedule A (trenching only) with all PVC or all HDPE pipe only OR Schedule B (plowing only) with all HDPE pipe only. - SCHEDULE A consists of (1) mobilization; (2) 37,800 lf Trenching,(Common) backfilling & compacting; (3) 14960 lf Trenching (rock) backfilling & compacting; (4) 46,960 lf PVC Class 160, or HDPE SDR-11, 1 1/2 inch pipe;(5) 5800 lf PVC Class 200 or HDPE SDR-9, 1 1/2 pipe; (6) 16 ea Curb Stop Assembly; (7) 19 ea Air Relief Valve Assembly; (8) 16 ea Hydrant Assembly; (9) 1 ea Pump Facility. -SCHEDULE B consists of (1) mobilization;(2) 37,800 lf Plowing (Common) Backfilling & Compacting;(3)14,960 lf Plowing (Rock) backfilling & Compacting; (4) 46,960 lf HDPE Pipe SDR-11, 1/12 inch; (5) 5,800 LF HDPE Pipe SDR-9, 1 1/2 inch; (6) 16 ea Curb Stop Assembly; (7) 19 ea Air Relief Valve Assembly; (8) 16 ea Hydrant Assembly; (9)1 ea Pump Facility. Work under this contract is located in Custer and Prairie Counties, Montana. The contractor will be given 116 days after Notice to Proceed is issued to complete the project. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,00. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% payment protection is required for contracts greater than $25,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This can be submitted by Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Certificate of Deposit, or Payment Bond. This award is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Contractors receiving this award must be registered in Central COntractor Registration. This solicitation will be posted electronically at "http://ideasec.nbc.gov" on 6/7/04.
