Description

LAKE & PORTER COUNTIES, INDIANA The work of this project consists of supplying all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to re-roof 23 buildings within the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore, Porter & Lake counties in Indiana. Work will include removing existing built up roof (and ballasts) and re-roofing within 1/2" insulation board and 1-ply .060 Ethylene Propylene Diene Terpolymer (EPDM) and all accessories for a watertight and well drained roof. Work also includes removing cedar shingles and re-roofing will include felt-paper, self adhering membrane, galvanized flashing and architectural asphalt shingles. Work also includes the installation of Hypalon coating for the repair and restoration of exisiting Hypalon membranes on skylites. Magnitude of project: $100,000.000 to $250,000.00.
