Description
Clean U.S. or Foreign Flag coated tanker with a minimum laden speed of 14 knots in moderate weather. Vessel must have IGS and SBT. Vessel must be capable of carrying 350,000 BBLs (44,053 LT, intentions JP8) of clean petroleum product. Vessel must indicate Supercargo carrying capacity. Owner must provide lifesaving equipment in accordance with SOLAS/USCG requirements. In accordance with the Cargo Preference Act of 1904, preference will be given to U.S. flag vessels.
