Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) intends to issue a sole-source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) order to Northrup Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC), 1 Hornet Way, El Segundo, CA 90245 under BOA N00383-03-G-006D. This order will provide various specialized piece parts to support the integration of multiple Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) into the F/A ? 18 E/F airframe. NGSC is the sole designer, developer and manufacturing of these specialized composite items and is the only known source possessing the unique knowledge, expertise, tooling, and technical data necessary to complete the required effort.
