Description

SYNOPSIS for Offutt AFB Project SGBP 89-0025, Replace Floor, Martin Bomber Bldg, B301D. The scope of this project includes the removal of existing wood block flooring and replacing it with a concrete overlay. The work also included the rehabilitation of eight floor drains. The estimated performance period is 60 days. All potential bidders are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, lack of registration in the CCR will make a bidder ineligible for award. Project Number: SGBP 89-0025 Drawings: OFF-B-5825 Dated 2/11/00 Project Magnitude: $250,000 to $500,000 NAICS Code: 238110 SBA Size Standard: $12M THIS PROCUREMENT ACTION IS SET ASIDE FOR HUB-ZONE ONLY. Drawings will be available by email or FAX request only! Please submit your requests with mailing address and a contact person to lee.smales@offutt.af.mil or by FAX to 402-294-4069. Phone requests will not be accepted. The estimated release date of solicitation is set for 29 March 2004. A site visit will be conducted approximately two (2) weeks prior to the anticipated close date of 29 April 2004. A special notice will be posted to this web site with specific instructions and submission deadlines for attendance.
