Description

Request for Proposal for the operation of the Outreach/Admissions program for the state of Texas, southeast region will be available approximately January 5, 2004 on Job Corps' website http://www.wdsc.doleta.gov/jobcorps/. The Government Authorized Representative for this contract is currently Ms. Beverly Richardson. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be a cost plus fixed fee contract for a one year period of August 1, 2004 through July 31, 2005 plus four governmental unilateral renewal options of one year each. The contract will be responsible for 1630 arrivals. A pre-proposal conference will be convened at 1:00 pm on Monday, January 12, 2004 at the A. Maceo Smith Federal Building, 525 South Griffin Street, downtown Dallas, Texas 75202. We recommend that you download the RFP prior to attending the pre-proposal conference. Proposals in response to this RFP will consist of Oral Presentations and written submissions as described in Section L of the RFP. Written portions of the propsal are due by 1:00 pm local time Friday, February 20, 2004 to the Dallas Regional Office. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (18-DEC-2003).
