Questions concerning the announcement may be submitted in writing (phone calls are not acceptable) anytime from now through June 21, 2004 to the point of contact identified in the solicitation. All questions and corresponding answers that are submitted will be posted on a weekly basis to the RSPA website, www.rspa.dot.gov under Procurement Opportunities. It is anticipated that the first posting of inquiries and responses received thus far will be available for viewing not later than May 24, 2004. The deadline for submission of questions is June 21, 2004.
