- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S Army Aviation and Missile Command, Research, Development, and Engineering Center (RDEC) plans to award a contract to ENTEC Composite Machines, 2975 South 300 West, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84115-3436 for upgrades to Entec Filament Winding Machine.
