Description

This pre-solicitation and solicitation synopsis is for a construction contract for the expansion of the K Parking Lot at Tobyhanna Army Depot. Work to include, but is not limited to: excavation; removal of stone sub-base, concrete block headwall, an d fencing; pavement marking; prep of ground surface for compaction and paving; installation of light poles, catch basins, and fencing; relocate existing gate; and other incidental work. Period of Performance is 60 calendar days. Estimated magnitude is betw een $100,000-$250,000. This action is unrestricted. NAICS is 238990, All Other specialty trade contractors(blacktop work, residential and commercial driveway and parking area), average annual receipts $12.0 million. Solicitation number W25G1V-04-B-0007 ap plies. This solicitation, including specifications and drawings, will be issued electronically only. Any amendments will also be issued electronically only. No paper or disk will be available. Issue is in accordance with FAR 4.502, 5.102(d), and 14.205-1(a ). Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after issue date at the following internet address: https://abop.monmouth.army.mil/. At the ABOP at NEW USERS follow instructions to register. It is incumbent that any interested sources periodically access the internet site to obtain any amendment. Failure to obtain amendments and/or acknowledge amendments by the time set for bid opening may result in rejection or your bid. Due to the use of electronic solicitation, the Government is unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. Bidders are further notified that bids must be submitted in HARD COPY ONLY. ELE CTRONIC BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Estimated issue/opening dates are 07 JUN 2004 and 07 JUL 2004.
