Description: The HQ, Army Field Support Command intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Alliant Techsystems, Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant, Arden Hills, MN, 55112 under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. This action is to create an improved PGU-15/B TP projectile/cartridge design and ballistic match to the PGU-14/B API. Alliant Techsystems has the technical knowledge and expertise required to complete the PGU-15/B product improvement effort. This notice is not a request for competi tive proposals. See note 22.
