- PROJECT TITLE: Lake Tahoe Research and Science Consortium Mediation LOCATION: Lake Tahoe, Nevada. JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide technical assistance, through the Corps of Engineers, to provide mediation and facilitated stakeholder discussion to structure new operating basis for an existing science advisory committee at Lake T ahoe. The work will require background research, initial interviews, and two initial meetings. The optional tasks (to be exercised at the Governments discretion) are as follows: draft bylaws and procedures, facilitate third science panel meeting, produce final procedures, and outline next steps. All basic tasks must be completed by 30 September 2004; the optional tasks must be completed prior to 30 December 2004. This Procurement will be conducted under FSC Code: R799 SIC Code: 8742 NAICS Code: 541611. The size standard for this code is $6,000,000. ORDERING SOLICITATION: The solicitation for this project will be available on the Sacramento District Contracting Divisions Internet Home Page at http://ebs.spk.usace.army.mil/ for downloading. Any future amendments to the solicitation will also be available for download from this web site. REQUESTS FOR COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION IN ANY OTHER FORMAT THAN WHAT IS ADVERTISED WILL BE DISREGARDED. It is important that you first go to this web site and under contract division home page, c lick on the advertised solicitation you are interested in. Go to plan holders registration. This will require you to establish a user name and password.
