- NA OFFICE, WAREHOUSE, AND SECURED PARKING in Diamonville or Kemmerer, Wyoming The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a requirement to lease approximately 10,138 Rentable square feet of office, 600 square feet of warehouse space, and 4,500 square feet of wareyard to accommodate parking for 44 employees, with an additional 10 spaces for visitors (including 1 RV space). The space must be located within the city limits of Diamondville or Kemmerer, Wyoming. The lease will be a 20 years firm term. The space offered must meet Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards and Fire Safety Standards and must not be located in the 100-year floodplain.
