Description

Amendment 0001 - The submittal of Standard Form (SF) 255s and (SF) 254s, are required of the prospective prime and each of their respective team of sub-consultants. All A-E firms and their respective team firms shall provide their address, telephone and facsimile numbers, and DUNS, CAGE, and ACASS number in Block 3 of the SF255. The contract will require the selected firm have on-line access to E-mail via the Internet for routine exchange of correspondence.
