- The FAR is current through FAC 2001-22 with changes effective April 5, 2004. The DFARS is current as of March 23, 2004 and inclusive of DCN20040323 (cases 2002-D041, 2003-D097, and 2002-D036) published March 23, 2004, effective March 23, 2004. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the purchase of a Lincoln Electric Multi-Weld System. The order needs to be placed by 6-25-04. This order shall include: (2) ea. Lincoln KA 1309/9SP/-655 SSDP 460 Volt Multi Source power units, special severe duty protection, 3 phase 60HZ., Also, (10) ea. Multi-weldsystems, Lincoln # 350-K1735-1. Also, (4) ea. Distribution Boxes Lincoln # K1736-1. This quote shall also include and set up fees. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solic itation; and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. This announcement is issued as request for quotation N00102-04-Q-1093. The standard NAICS classification is 333992. This quotation incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-2 with changes effective April 5, 2004. The DFARS is current as of March 23, 2004 and inclusive of DCN20040323 (cases 2002-D041, 2003-D097, and 2002-D036) published March 23, 2004, effective March 23, 2004. Pricing shall be FOB Destination (Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME, 03906). The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to offerors ? Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offerors are requested to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 and 252-212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items, with quotations. The following clauses/provisions apply to this acqu isition: 52.212-4, 52.212-5 (including 52.222-21, 52.222-22, 52.222-25, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37 and 52.225-3).
