Description

The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (GSA/PBS), intends to enter into contract with Michael Graves & Associates to obtain a model of the Prettyman Courthouse, Washington, DC. This building is an important, historical Washington, DC landmark on the Nation's Capital Main Avenue located across from the National Gallery of Art. This proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1 ? Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The government will consider any responses received by close of business Wednesday, June 9, 2004. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive negotiation. Inquiries will only be accepted by E-MAIL or by FAX.
