Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined solicitation/synopsis to procure Vehicle Body Stakes and Top Rails for the Military Trailers for the Regional Maintenance Site, Kansas Army National Guard, Ft. Riley, KS. This agency intends to procure 1030 each Stake Vehicle Body, Part #2510-01-098-3995 & 200 Top Rail, Part No. 2510-01-060-7119. Estimated value of this award is between $50,000 and $100,000. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to submit a proposal. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. Award shall be made based on the lowest priced technically acceptable proposal. The vendor must be able to provide all t o meet the specific requirements. No multiple award will be approved. This solicitation is prepared IAW FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W912JC-04-T-5706 is issued as a RFQ. This is a solicitation document and incorporates provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-23. NAI CS code is 336211. Offerors are reminded to include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with their proposal.
