- Description
- The purpose of this notice is to cancel the travel settlement solicitation DTCG23-04-R-HRSTVL for the U. S. Coast Guard Personnel Support Center?s standard competition in Topeka, KS. The purpose of the cancellation is to comply with GSA regulations that require all federal agencies to transition to e-solutions for travel. The required transition plan to e-solutions must be in place by December 2004, and requires the Coast Guard to transition travel vouchering by 2005. Amendment 0003 to the solicitation follows this notice.
