Description

This synopsis is for replacement of Fire Cannons prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 14. Solicitation number FA4600-04-T-0095 is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This project consists of replacing six (6) Fire Cannons in Building 565. This solicitation is to be competed as Small Business Only. All solicitation documents will be available in paper copies, but all amendments, if any, will be available in electronic format. Contractors wishing to be placed on the bidder mailing list can contact billy.wineinger@offutt.af.mil or by FAX at 402-294-0430. Phone request will not be accepted. All potential bidders must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.2004-7004 prior to award. If not already registered in CCR, go to www.ccr.gov to register proor to submitting a bid. The contactor shall also ensure their CCR reflects the NAICS Code indicated for this solicitation. No partial bids will be considered. NAICS Code: 238220, SBA Size Standard: $12 M THIS PROCUREMENT ACTION IS SET AT 100% SMALL BUSINESS The estimated release date of the solicitation is set for, or about 10 Jun 2004. Plans and drawings are available by e-mail or fax upon request. Please submit your requests with mailing address, phone/fax phone number, and a contact person to billy.wineinger@offutt.af.mil or fax to (402) 294-0430. Telephone requests will not be accepted. A site visit will be conducted approximately two (2) weeks prior to the anticipated close of 1 Jul 2004.
