Description: This pre-solicitation and solicitation synopsis is for a construction contract for painting of previously painted structural steel surfaces of Bldgs 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 95, and 67 and exterior and interior surfaces of cinder/CMU blocks on Bldg 95 at Tobyhanna Army Depot. Work to include, but is not limited to: cleaning; surface prep; removal of loose paint; pressure washing; painting; furnishing and installing gutter and downspouts; and other incidental related work. Period of Performance is 120 calen dar days. Estimated magnitude is between $250,000-$500,000. This action is unrestricted. NAICS is 238320, Painting & Wall Covering Contractors, average annual receipts $12.0 million. Solicitation W25G1V-04-B-0008 applies. This solicitation, including speci fications and drawings, will be issued electronically only. Any amendments will also be issued electronically only. No paper or disk will be available. Issue is in accordance with FAR 4.502, 5.102(d), and 14.205-1(a).
