Description

NA OFFICE, WAREHOUSE, AND SECURED PARKING in Dickinson, North Dakota The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a requirement for approximately 17,774 Rentable square feet of office, 7,150 square feet of warehouse space, and 34,300 square feet of wareyard to accommodate parking for 85 employees, with an additional 15 spaces for visitors (including 3 RV space). Construction is to be on a controlled site of 3.8 acres. The successful Offeror will be required to acquire the site, construct the specified building and upon completion, agree to execute a 20-year firm term lease with the Bureau of Land Management for the entire property. Any award made under this solicitation will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal is complete; conveys an appropriate level of experience and references to assure performance of the specified requirements; conveys a well considered development plan (i.e. construction cost assessment, identified financing/equity sources); and outlines a well conceived and equitable rental package acceptable to the Bureau of Land Management. This is NOT a sealed bid advertisement and proposals will NOT be publicly opened.
