Description

The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting for quotations to Provide all tools, labor, equipment, parts and material, to furnish Primary Switchgear for B-428 Sub-station, and deliver to the Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center Tomah, 500 E. Veterans Street, Tomah, Wisconsin 54660. Contract Period of Performance is 104 days after the issuance of the Notice of Award. Contract type is firm-fixed price. All qualified offerors/firms who believe they can satisfy the solicitation requirements are invited and encouraged to provide their proposal. Offers, shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing, technical competency/capability to perform services and satisfactory past performance record. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item contract to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government. Award will be made utilizing the Simplified Acquisitions Procedures outlined in FAR subpart 13.5, and a combination of FAR part 12, 13, 15 & 17 award procedures. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract and this acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334515 is 500 Employees. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Anticipated award effective date is June 18, 2004.
