- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 233310, Size Standard $28.5M. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F1GPL141270200 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-22 & 23, effective 05 May 2004. The Government intends to award one contract line item number (CLIN 0001) for a Softwall Cleanroom. The item must meet the following requirements: a. Six (or more) - 2'x4' HEPA fan filters with prefilter, prewired, to obtain Class 1000 (ISO-6) b. Interior Dimensions: Length 16 feet, Width 12 feet, Height 8 feet c. Sealed cleanroom fluorescent troffer lighting to connect to existing troffer lighting d. One soft 12 foot clear curtain wall e. One 12 foot hard plexi wall f. One 16 foot hard plexi wall g. Single point electrical connection and distribution system to existing filter fan modules and lights. QUANTITY: 1 UNIT OF MEASURE: EA DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: 21 July 04 FOB: DESTINATION (Please include all shipping costs in total cost of item). Inspection and acceptance: DESTINATION.
