Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 53211, Size Standard 21.5M. This acquisition is unrestricted IAW 19.502-2(a). Solicitation/Purchase Request number FULGTV41250200 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-23 effective 05 May 2004. The Government intends to award three contract line items numbers (CLIN 0001) for rental of quantity 25 intermediate size automobiles;(CLIN 0002); quantity 2 full size automobiles and (CLIN 0003); quantity 5 7-passenger minivans. The vehicles must be delivered to and picked up from Building 1642, Hanscom AFB, MA. The vehicles are required for the period of 7 July 04 - through 19 July 04. Offeror will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. In accordance with the FAR 13.106-1(a)(2) offerors are notified that award will be made on the basis of price.
